Return: Tommy's offers a 48 hour approval period for all shipped guitars, & effects. All shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. A returned item must be sent back in the exact condition and packaging, as when the item left Tommy's. Returns must be insured. Any return after the 48 hour approval period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns require prior approval from Tommy. Sorry, no returns for shipped amplifiers.
